In collaboration with Flume, artist and director Jonathan Zawada and director Michael Dole created Rushing Back — a single-take film built around Harley Streten and Vera Blue, held inside Streten's Hi This Is Flume car as the camera circles slowly around them. The shot doesn't cut. The performance doesn't pause. What unfolds is a relationship in motion — moving between waking and dreaming, presence and memory, the held moment and the one already slipping away. Original artworks bloom across the surrounding walls. The light shifts as if a whole day were passing inside a single breath. It is a film about the way we orbit the people we love, the selves we used to be, and the world that turns around us whether we notice or not. Captured in one continuous take. Nothing added. Nothing removed.
